2023 Meridian Summit: Global Cooperation in an Era of Strategic Economic Competition

Meridian International Center hosted the 12th Annual Meridian Global Leadership Summit on Friday, October 20 to an in-person audience of nearly 200 diplomatic, business and policy leaders and live global viewership of over 800 at The Gallup Building in Washington, DC. The Summit explored the power and promise of economic diplomacy and public-private partnerships to foster international cooperation in an era of strategic economic competition and technological advancement. Expert panelists discussed the intersection of diplomacy and emerging technology to foster policies that develop trust and allow innovation to flourish, build cyber resilient systems, and devise responsible regulations that ensure transparency and accountability while accelerating economic growth.
