Meridian International Center relies on talented, dedicated staff, interns, and volunteers to provide a wide variety of programs and services that promote international understanding through our exchange, cultural diplomacy, and training programs. Our employees are our most important asset. Our Human Resources Department provides recruitment and related services and advice to hiring managers to facilitate attracting and developing the best qualified talent. With a mission of developing the next generation of the world's decision makers, Meridian International Center views interns as valuable members of our team. As such, and to increase the pool of qualified, diverse candidates, Meridian offers paid internships. These paid interns are referred to as Fellows. Recruitment Dates

Winter/Spring: Second Monday of January to final Friday of May (recruiting/hiring, November/December)

Summer: First Monday of June to final Friday of August (recruiting/hiring, March/April)

Fall: Second Monday of September to final Friday before Christmas (recruiting/hiring July/August)

Compensation

Fellows are paid D.C. minimum wage.
