Over 50 different embassies were represented, and we were joined by a plethora of Meridian Corporate Council members. Remarks included Meridian Leadership: Ambassador Stuart Holliday, CEO and Puru Trivedi, Vice President - External & Corporate Relations and our Corporate Council Executive Committe Co-Chairs, Karim Lesina, Executive Vice President - Chief External Affairs Officer, Millicom and Omar Vargas, Vice President - Head of Global Public Policy, General Motors. We were also honored to have Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary Whitney Baird from the U.S. Department of State serve as our keynote.
