Meridian / CBM Staff Exchange, Fall 2023
Meridian is excited to announce the return of our IVLP Staff Exchange program this fall!
As a means of strengthening our connections with local partner organizations, the Meridian Center for Global Leadership’s IVLP Team runs a staff exchange annually for the network of Global Ties U.S. Community Based Members (CBMs).
This fall, Meridian will host a CBM staff member at Meridian for a week, offering a close-up view of our organizational management and programming best practices. We are also offering the opportunity for a CBM to host a Meridian staff member for 2 – 5 days. Possible dates are listed on the applications.

Note the following details for a CBM member visiting Meridian:
- Meridian will cover airfare and airport transfers for the selected participant;
- Meridian will provide homestay or other accommodations;
- Meals and ground transportation during the week will be reimbursed;
- The participant is responsible for any additional expenses.
