Kazakhstan Gas Utilization Reverse Trade Mission 2012

The U.S. Trade and Development Agency (USTDA) is sponsoring a Reverse Trade Mission (RTM) for a delegation of senior officials from Kazakhstan’s Ministry of Oil and Gas, KazTransGaz, KazMunaiGas (KMG) and NIPi Neftegas.

The goal of this RTM is to familiarize key decision makers with U.S.

  • Gas processing
  • Electric power production from gas
  • Gas distribution, and
  • Electric power regulatory best practices.

The program will expose the delegation to U.S. companies with products, services and technologies that can competitively respond to up-coming procurements in the gas sector. It will also include a one-day business briefing in Houston (Monday, February 27) and a visit to Washington, DC to meet with relevant gas sector agencies, industry associations and companies.
