Zaynab Mirza is finishing her first year at Northern Virginia Community College where she is majoring in international relations. Her passion for global affairs stems from her diverse upbringing and her curiosity about different cultures and languages. Alongside her studies, she plays an active role in the Student Government Association at her campus and was recently promoted to President in the Spring semester. Throughout her experience, she learned the value of leadership, teamwork, and effective communication. In the future, she hopes to transfer to a 4-year university and continue her education in foreign policy. When she is not busy, Zaynab enjoys reading graphic novels and making Kashmiri chai for her family.
