Valarie Honoré is a Social Entrepreneur and Program Officer for the East Dominica Children’s Federation, a non-profit organization focused on improving the well-being of children in Dominica. Through the Federation, Valarie designs, develops, and implements programs and activities focused on areas such as children’s rights, child-friendly schools, child assault prevention, education enhancement, youth empowerment, and community development. She recently developed the Youth Volunteers Network to establish a platform to facilitate the holistic development, inclusion, and empowerment of youth through volunteerism. Valarie has a background in Business Administration.
