Tracy Bernstein

Tracy Bernstein is a Senior Advisor at Meridian International Center where she is charged with directing the Meridian Global Leader Council and in particular, the Ambassador-led Salon Dinner Series: Entrée to Dialogue. Previously, Ms. Bernstein served as Senior Advisor to the Chief of Protocol at the United States Department of State from 2009 through 2011, where she was responsible for creating and procuring the diplomatic gifts given on behalf of President Obama and Vice President Biden, the First Lady, and Secretary of State. She was a member of the Finance and Leadership committees for Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaigns in both 2008 and 2016. Ms. Bernstein has consulted for the Bernstein Companies on issues of interior design of commercial office space and hotels, and formerly, was employed as a Buyer with Hecht’s of the May Company department stores group.  Ms. Bernstein serves on several non-profit boards including:  Sasha Bruce Youthwork, an over 40 year-old non-profit serving the needs of abused, neglected and homeless youth in the WDC area, where she is the recent Chair Emeritus; the Alliance Française of Washington, DC.; and the Trustees Council of Penn Women at the University of Pennsylvania. Ms. Bernstein attended the University of Pennsylvania, where she graduated magnum cum laude with a B.A. in communications and a minor in marketing.
