Sofía Preciado Valenzuela is the Co-Founder of Mulata, a company that aims to reduce the prevalence of obesity by producing and distributing healthy and tasty snacks that are readily available to consumers. Sofía previously worked as a Management Consultant at Falconi and as an Internship Coordinator and Educator at Tecnológico de Monterrey. She has an MD in Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, both from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
