Rajiv Hieralal is the Managing Director and Founder of APPTASTIC N.V, a software development company focused on developing technological innovations. They have created an interactive digital program for Telesur, a telecommunications provider, which allows anyone to communicate with a surface or screen via touch. They won the Telesur/IT-Core Hackathon v2.0.14. Rajiv has a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering: Information Technology from Anton de Kom University of Suriname.
