YLAI Professional Fellows Program, Class of 2016

Paola Alvarado is the founder and CEO of Grupo SCT, which is the first recruitment agency specialized in the hospitality and tourism industry. Grupo SCT also contributes to educational tourism through a Hospitality Internship Program. She participated in the Disney College Program and opened a hotel with a green certification. Paola has a BS in Hospitality and Restaurants Management from the Universidad Rafael Landívar, and has been a professor there for five years.
