Mariela Sporn was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina. She received her undergraduate degree in Communications and later specialized in Marketing and Branding. After acquiring experience in multinational corporations, she has founded her own company, RealRef. Being aware of the inequity of information between employees and employers, RealRef was created as an online community that consists of reviews of companies by their current and former employees. This helps them choose their perfect place to work, and it also helps enterprises to improve in real-time. She also works for Santander Rio, leading innovative projects that involve technology and new media.
