Luis Santiago is the General Manager of SKAT Sistemas, a Venezuelan startup that provides technological solutions to handle medical and administrative information. A self-taught programmer and project manager, Luis mainly coordinates new product development, technical support, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) for SKAT. He is leading the development of their new multi-platform software, SKAT MED, which aims to integrate patients' health records both in private and public sectors on the same application. Luis is a social communications graduate and professor at the Universidad Central de Venezuela, focusing his teaching and research on discourse analysis, marketing, and advertising.
