Lilibeydy Manrique is the cofounder of Fundación ABLE, a non-profit organization that brings bilingual and artistic educational programs to a community of more than 60,000 people in Siloé, Cali, Colombia. Lilibeydy holds a Bachelor's Degree in English and French teaching from the Universidad del Valle. She spent two years in Spokane, Washington working as a Spanish Teaching Assistant and came back to her country in 2010 to gain experience as an English teacher. She has been teaching for six years in primary and secondary schools in Cali. In January 2015 she became the director at K-5 school La Fontaine, one of the main two projects that Fundación ABLE runs in Siloé.
