With over 25years of experience in human resources and organizational development, Kelly is certified by the Human Resources Certification Institute as a Senior Professional in Human Resources, holds a Senior Certified Professional status from the Society for Human Resources Management, and is a Certified Plan Sponsor Professional. He is a graduate of The Catholic University of America.
