Dannie Suber

Director - International Government Affairs @ Emerson

Dannie is the Director of International Government Affairs at Emerson. In this role, she leads Emerson's global government relations strategy across key areas like energy, industrial software, life sciences, and international trade policy. Her responsibilities include enhancing Emerson’s global market access opportunities and mitigating supply chain and trade risks.  Dannie collaborates with Emerson’s leadership worldwide to develop and execute international affairs strategies aimed at influencing global policies beneficial to the company.

Before joining Emerson, Dannie built a robust career in public service, including roles on Capitol Hill as a Policy Advisor and Director of Operations for a Congressman, as well as serving as a staff member in the US Senate. This experience provides Dannie with a deep understanding of the legislative and regulatory processes, allowing her to effectively drive Emerson's advocacy efforts.

Dannie holds a master's degree in global policy from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies.  She also earned a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Maryland.  Dannie is fluent in Spanish, English, and French.
