Andrew J.P. Levy is Accenture’s Chief Corporate and Government Affairs Officer, responsible for leading the company’s geopolitical strategic analysis and its government relations function globally.

In that role, Andrew works closely with members of Accenture’s Global Management Committee, as well as its Board of Directors. He is also a member of Accenture’s Global Leadership Council and Legal Executive Committee.

Andrew has been with Accenture for 12 years, previously serving in other regional and global roles.  Most recently, he served as Accenture’s general counsel for Growth Markets, based in Hong Kong and Singapore.

Prior to joining Accenture, Andrew was an attorney with Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP in New York and Washington, D.C., and served as deputy general counsel for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.

Andrew received his law degree from Boston College Law School, after which he was a law clerk for the Honorable John E. Sprizzo of the Southern District of New York and for the Honorable Robert R. Beezer of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
