Aminah Elassi is an advocate, student, and highly motivated community member. After receiving an Associate of Arts degree in Criminal Justice, Aminah is attending Sam Houston State University in the Fall of 2023 to pursue a bachelor's in the same subject. Aminah Elassi plans to attend law school after her Bachelor's program and become a criminal prosecutor. Aminah has an academic focus on intercultural relations, cultural competency, and the political climate. This past year, Mrs. Elassi has participated in National Model United Nations, the IREX Global Sustainability Solutions, Sigma Kappa Delta, and the Global Scholars at Lone Star College.
