2023 IVLP Impact Award Project: Women's Talent PodcastPoland

Agnieszka Ewa Czmyr Kaczanowska is the co-founder and Vice President of the Foundation and portal, MamoPracuj. She is also the CEO and co-founder of the Women's Talent Bank. She is an enthusiast of diversity and inclusion and leadership by mission.

For twelve years, Agnieszka has been supporting women in their personal and professional development. She works closely with employers who believe in the idea of diversity and want to create inclusive workplaces. By doing so, it is changing the labor market to be more friendly and inclusive for women. In 2022 alone, more than 1.5 million women benefited from her content, projects and programs managed by the Foundation and Talenti.pl. 

She is also the co-creator and host of online courses, eBooks, podcasts and webinars. Agnieszka is a conference speaker, expert and TEDx Speaker. She is the winner of awards including: Puls Binzesu - 100 Business Women 2020, Forbes Women - 100 Women 2021, FOB Award "People Changing Business" 2021, Leader of Equal Business - British Embassy and Women's Congress Association, and recognition as Tech Disruptor by Master & Robots Award 2022. 

IVLP Impact Award Project: Women's Talent Podcast

The Women's Talent Podcast was created to educate the market, inspire and stimulate thinking and action about challenges faced by women in different professional spaces, and seek solutions to help level the playing field for women. Agnieszka and her guests recorded seven episodes of the podcast, covering topics such as diversity in the workplace, gender diversity in start-ups and venture capitalist funding, women in technology, recruitment, and revolutionizing the business industry.

The podcast episodes, streaming on 12 platforms, have been listened to by 1,300 people, with 260 subscribers constantly tuning in to the channel. The podcast's total promotional reach on various social media channels was over 60,000. The project helped to raise awareness about the challenges faced by women in different professional spaces and generated discussions on potential solutions. With the involvement of well-known guests, the project brought attention to important issues and inspired action towards achieving gender equality.

IVLP Exchange Experience 

Agnieszka was a participant in the IVLP Project Women and Entrepreneurship II, organized by the U.S. Department of State and the Institute of International Education.

Her exchange experience led her to develop her IVLP Impact Award Project: "Participation in the IVLP program showed me that I have knowledge, I have experience, I have thoughts to share, and that's how the idea of the podcast came about."
