<p>Next Level, a hip hop exchange program funded by the U.S. Department of State, promotes conflict transformation and the universality of creative expression. American teams hold residencies around the world to teach MCing, beatboxing, dance, graffiti art, and other elements of hip hop culture. By the end of 2018, Next Level will have visited 27 countries.</p>
