Ambassador Bianchi will focus on the nuances behind the new trade deal signed with Taiwan under the US-Taiwan Initiative on 21st Century Trade, and the importance of this accord within the larger context of global trade and foreign policy in the Indo-Pacific. Attendees will benefit from hearing about her work generating inclusive growth in Africa, such as through the efforts being pursued in Kenya.
