NeAnna Roane McLean

NeAnna Roane McLean is a Development professional with the NAACP, National Headquarters office. She has over eighteen years of experience in advocacy work; specifically in the area of Diversity/Minority Affairs. She works on the strategic planning side of more than ten coalition-civil society (organizations) that collaboratively work with the UN on Gender Equality and Climate Change.

In addition to being an avid reader and published author, NeAnna gains great satisfaction in volunteering, gardening, and practicing Wing Chun Kung Fu, and traveling with family. She is a member of The Order of the Eastern Star and works on a number of International and Government organizations to cultivate the spirit of volunteering.

Some of NeAnna’s most dedicated work is in the initiatives of the Architect of the Capitol (US Conservatory) and Women's Global Impact Initiative, an organization founded by NeAnna and headquartered in Washington, DC.
