Jeffsky Poincy is the founder of BUSY (Business-driven Solutions for Youth). The organization aims to promote and foster social and economic empowerment of marginalized youth in Haiti by creating effective and innovative business-oriented solutions. They work with the communities and the youth clubs to develop and run sustainable economic programs. Jeffsky previously worked for Plan International and the Ministry of Youth, Civic Action, and Sports. He holds a Master's Degree in International Investment Project Management from the People Friendship University of Russia.
