Adriana Aguilar is the Founder of Yuxtem S.A., a software company in Guatemala that develops online payment systems for small businesses. Yuxtem also implements small business education classes for women and young people in Spanish and other local languages. She currently works as a small business coach for The Inter-American Dialogue.
