U.S.-Latin America Relations Focus of Global Dialogue Dinner with Coca-Cola’s Alfredo Rivera

On March 7, 2017, Meridian partnered with The Coca-Cola Company to host a private salon-style dinner on the theme of U.S. relations with Latin America and the Caribbean. Coca-Cola’s Latin America Group President Alfredo Rivera served as the special guest for the evening. The event was held as part of Meridian’s Global Dialogue Series, which are off-the-record facilitated conversations on issues of global importance.

The dialogue explored the future of NAFTA as well as trade relations throughout the hemisphere, and it also addressed elements of economic development and migration. Several ambassadors from the region offered their candid perspectives on the evolving relationship between their countries and the United States.
