Murals: Santo Domingo and Santiago, Dominican Republic

Building off the success of implementing ECA's Community Engagement through the Arts program, Meridian sent Philadelphia-based artist Paul Santoleri to Santo Domingo and Santiago, Dominican Republic, from February 28 - March 20, 2016 for MuralsEngage. With the help of in-country partner Centro Leon and many local students, Paul created two murals dealing with civic engagement and girls and women's empowerment.
