Middle East and North Africa – Entrepreneurship Development for Women Leaders

Meridian International Center, in partnership with the State Department’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs, is administering a program entitled, “Entrepreneurship Development for Women Leaders in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA)” from March 1-14, 2015. The program will bring 30 women entrepreneurs and community leaders from across the MENA region to the United States for a two-week exchange focused on business planning, leadership development, mentoring, and networking with American counterparts. This program supports international efforts to bolster women’s empowerment and entrepreneurship, and will include training and curricula around global leadership delivered by Meridian, Goldman Sachs and Harvard University.
