Ximena Gonzalez is the CO-Founder and CEO of Nómades Yachay L.A.B. S.A.C, a social enterprise that seeks innovation in the handicraft market. Nómades offers an e-commerce platform for the sales of Peruvian handicrafts with the hope of increasing consumption and empowering artisans. Ximena has previously worked as an assistant at the Scotiabank Peru and at BSD Consulting as a Junior Consultant. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from the Universidad del Pacífico and a Sustainable Development Diploma from the Universidad de ESAN.
