Wellington Santos Silva is the Co-Founder of Empreendescola, a social business that provides courses designed to empower teenagers from small and medium cities through access to education, people, and tools. Empreendescola offers courses that cover topics such as higher education, career research, language skills, leadership, and entrepreneurship, among other topics. Since its founding, Empreendescola has trained more than 500 students and reached over 6,000 through public school presentations in 17 cities across Brazil.  He has a Bachelor’s degree in Business from the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais and completed graduate studies in Human Resources and Social Project Management at the Federal University of Itajubá.
