Soriyer Ciliberto is the Founder and CEO of Chic Elastic, a company dedicated to creating and designing personalized handmade accessories using elastic material. Chic Elastic offers to the market new and innovative ways to wear elastic. Prior to launching Chic Elastic, Soriyer worked for nine years at 3M Manufacturera Venezuela leading several positions in departments such as regulatory affairs, marketing and sales, and logistics. Soriyer holds a Master's Degree in Sales and Marketing and a Bachelor´s Degree in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad de Carabobo Venezuela.
