Rosario Diaz Garavito is the founder of The Millennials Movement, which started as a social media youth-lead movement to promote youth empowerment in local communities. Its mandate is to facilitate development and societal change by sharing information and involving local communities in global development processes. They work with young people to develop leadership skills. Rosario is a Youth Advocate for the UN SDG Action Campaign and a member of the UN The World We Want Working PSG Group. She is involved in gender equality advocacy and she was selected as a UN Women Empower Women Champion. With a Bachelor's Degree in Law, she is currently a student in the Master's Degree Program of Political Science and Governance at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Peru.
