Richard Morrissey was head of Sullivan & Cromwell’s London office and has extensive experience in all aspects of corporate M&A involving strategics, especially in a cross border context, across a wide range of industries. He advises private equity firms on buying and selling companies, and corporate clients on selling businesses to, or negotiating investments by, private equity firms. He is frequently consulted by his corporate clients on matters of governance, and has worked extensively in Italy, France and the Netherlands.
