Rebecca, as the Director, Human Resources, has direct oversight of all benefit administration, payroll processing, new employee on-boarding, employee off-boarding and oversees the day to day administration of all HR policies and activities. Rebecca has more than 20 years of extensive experience in all functions of HR and has worked in a variety of diverse industries that include a nonprofit association, home builder, engineering and design company, corporate training, and several government contracting businesses.
