Mia Hansen received her Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of St. Andrews in the United Kingdom. After graduating, she spent a year teaching English to elementary age students in Palestine where she researched and designed lesson plans in reading and writing skills. Additionally, in her work at various non-profits she has helped to expand English outreach programs through writing grant proposals. Most recently Mia has worked with NARAL Pro-Choice America as an organizing Intern in Michigan where she helped plan and coordinate in person and virtual conferences and engaged with a variety of volunteers.
