Maryna Kapovska currently serves as a Program Coordinator in the Meridian Center for Global Leadership where she primarily works on the Central Asia Media Exchange Program (CAMEX). Maryna holds a master’s degree in International Training and Education from American University (AU). During her time at American, she worked at the Office of Development and Alumni Relations and served as Director of Programming for the Graduate Leadership Council. Prior to joining Meridian, Maryna held a Program Manager position at a humanitarian and educational non-profit organization, People of Ukraine, where she designed and facilitated learning programs for Ukrainian combat veterans. Maryna previously interned at the Embassy of Ukraine and Skolkovo Innovation Center both in Moscow, Russia, where she was involved in event management and cross-cultural facilitation. Maryna earned a bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Latin American Studies and a master’s degree in Transnational Business and World Politics both from Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO). She speaks Russian, Ukrainian, Spanish, and some French.
