Maricha Martínez Sosa is a Dominican designer and photographer. She has experience designing for magazines, the web, and films. She is a Consultant in Communication and Design, the General Coordinator of a film production house, and a teacher. Maricha completed a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design at APEC University in Santo Domingo, a European Official Advertising Master's Degree from Antonio de Nebrija University in Madrid, and a Post-Graduate Studies in Higher Education from UCSD in Santo Domingo. She is developing her research to opt for a Doctoral degree in Communications and Cultural Industries from the Polytechnic University of Valencia, Spain. She will be further developing Cultoural, a guide that presents culture and tourism experiences in the format of a digital magazine, during the fellowship.
