Maria Ulloa Martinez is the Co-Founder and Designer of Wawajoy, an Ecuadorian toy and furniture company. Wawajoy’s products are made locally and are designed to promote a child’s learning and development of artistic skills. Maria previously worked as a Junior Project Manager and in the Marketing Department at Integral Iluminación and interned for Adriana Hoyos Furnishings. She has a Master’s degree in Retail Design and Branding from the ELISAVA University School of Design and Engineering of Barcelona and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design from the Universidad de Especialidades Espíritu Santo.
