Maria Fernanda Souza is the co-founder of Volunteer San Blas, a social business that strives to address challenges in the indigenous communities of Panama's Caribbean coast by offering impactful and hands-on volunteering programs. Maria is also part of Selina Hostels team, a start-up and disruptive hostels chain based in Panama, which is expanding to all of Latin America. She worked for AIESEC, the largest youth-led organization in the world, and had different leadership roles in Brazil and Panama. She graduated with a degree in Social Communication, and she has extensive experience in human resources.
