Lynn Roche

Ms. Lynch Roche joined the Foreign Service in 1992 and served overseas in Tbilisi, Hong Kong, Ulaanbaatar, Lima, Guadalajara, and most recently as the Public Affairs Officer at the U.S. Mission in Havana (2012-2015). In Washington she worked on public diplomacy coordination for the Africa Bureau, and currently the Deputy Director for Public Diplomacy and Public Affairs in the Western Hemisphere. She held a Senior Fellowship at the Atlantic Council (2008-2009). Lynn graduated from the College of William & Mary, and earned a Master’s in International & Public Affairs from the University of Pittsburgh.
