Kiddist McCoy is the Co-Founder of Good Deeds Foundation Jamaica, which addresses the high level of youth unemployment in Jamaica. Good Deeds Foundation Jamaica hosts empowerment sessions and career expos for youth. Kiddist currently works in customer service for Digicel Jamaica Limited and is a member of several community associations. She has a Bachelor's in Business Administration with a specialization in Program and Project Management from the International University of the Caribbean.
