Jessica Heller

Jessica Heller, Information Officer, coordinates the information technology and communications efforts of the Professional Exchanges Division. Most recently she was a Robert Bosch Foundation Fellow in Berlin, Germany, where she worked with the German Federal Foreign Office Strategic Communication Steering Group and the International Alumni Center Berlin (iac-Berlin). Prior to her fellowship, Jessica was the Professional Exchanges Manager at Global Minnesota in Minneapolis, where she directed implementation of IVLP, a Fulbright Enhancement Seminar, and a Global Ties U.S. Regional Summit on countering extremism.  She was twice nominated for the Global Ties U.S. Excellence in Programming award - 2016 and 2017. She has also been an IVLP Program Officer with Cultural Vistas and gatekeeper for the Federal Judicial Center's Office of International Judicial Relations.

Jessica earned an M.A. in Geopolitics, Territory & Security from King's College London and a B.A. in Political Science and Russian Studies from Gustavus Adolphus College. She has advanced proficiency in German, basic knowledge of Russian, and is active member of the Bosch Alumni Network.
