Jameson Hall

Jameson Hall has served as the Resources Development Officer supporting programming and Visitors Services for the U.S. Department of State’s International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) for the Meridian Center for Global Leadership (MCGL) since 2016. Currently, he serves as a member on two strategic committees: Ensuring Financial Stability for Meridian and Formation of MCGL. In 2020, Jameson represented Meridian on the Global Ties National Meeting planning committee to plan sessions around a theme, secure speakers and facilitators, and arrange networking opportunities. Jameson also designs and facilitates professional growth and cultural exchange opportunities within Meridian, including a mentor pairing program for senior and junior staff, language labs, and a Calligraphy workshop.

Previously, Jameson served as the World Affairs Council of Dallas/Fort Worth’s International Visitors and Student Program Coordinator. During that time, Jameson oversaw the Junior World Affairs Councils (JWAC), formed the JWAC Leadership Council, managed recruitment for the internship program, conducted leadership workshops, and provided support to the IVLP. Originally from Texas, Jameson has a bachelor’s degree in International Studies from Texas State University. Along with studying abroad in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Jameson has traveled to Costa Rica, Honduras, Spain, France, Italy, and Japan.
