Jamellia Imani Blythe is the Founder and Managing Director of High Flyer Educational Services, a Jamaican alternative education organization. The organization offers alternative educational solutions to create and maintain a secure and empowering teaching and learning environment for students to reach their highest potential. She has taught Business and English Language at the Charlie Smith High School and serves as a communication instructor at the Heart Trust/NTA. She has a Bachelor's in English from the University of the West Indies and a post graduate diploma in Business Education from Mico University College.
