Erika Varela Escorcia is the Co-Founder and CEO of Oaoa, a company that specializes in delivering boxes of healthy, Colombian snacks to encourage conscious consumption of local foods. Erika served as Supervisor at AC Nielsen de Colombia. She received her Executive MBA from EADA, her MBA from Centrum Business
School, a Master’s Degree in Financial Management from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad del Norte.
