Emi Seri

Program Manager @ Meridian

Emi Seri is the Meridian Center for Global Leadership's Program Manager. She provides logistical and administrative support for in-person and virtual journalism exchange programs sponsored by the U.S. Department of State and the Foreign Press Center (FPC). Prior to joining Meridian, Emi has worked on global health programs focused on agroecological processes and systems, immunization advocacy, and education.

Emi received her Master of Arts in Global Affairs focused on Global Governance and Public Management from George Mason University. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration specializing in International Business from Mount St. Mary’s University in Emmitsburg, MD. Emi was born and lived in Cote d’Ivoire during her childhood and teenage years. She lived and studied abroad in Tunisia before moving permanently to the D.C./Maryland/Virginia area in 2007. Emi is a native French speaker and is fluent in English.
