David Borja is an entrepreneur, technology enthusiast, and programmer. He created a website to buy food through the internet in Ecuador in 2012 after teaching himself programming online. The page is among the top 100 most visited Ecuadorian websites. Rocket Internet acquired their website in 2014. In 2015 they launched Multidoctores, a platform where patients can chat or have a video call with a doctor to expand services for telehealth.
