Chinara Mikayilzade a graduate faculty of radio communication, radio broadcasting and television at Baku State College of Communications and Transport. She graduated in 2017. In 2008 and 2014, Chinara studied piano at the Khalfali village Children's Music School of Shusha district.
In 2017, she worked as a radio presenter at Azerbaijan Television. In 2018, Chinara worked as an organizer in Jam Group LLC and Azerbaijan Dance Association. In 2019 she became the project executor and head of project and volunteer council in the Azerbaijan Youth Union. Now Chinara is an appointed member of the Board of the Azerbaijan Youth Union. 

IVLP Impact Award Project: English Theater in Azerbaijan

This project created the first English production of The Greatest Showman in Azerbaijan. The goal of the project was to increase the cultural education among the country's youth, improve the skills of the English language among artists and increase the level of knowledge about the modern culture of the musical in the United States. This aimed to attract the English-speaking population to the cultural life of the country and ensure their cultural pastime. This project marked the beginning of the creation of English musicals and performances in Azerbaijan, both among adult artists and among young people, and especially on school stages among children.

The musical had a total of 269 attendees and over 40 individuals participated in the musical itself. An additional troupe of 12 main characters were trained in literary English. Due to the success of the musical, the theatre has decided to open more English-speaking shows. Currently, one children's show and one show for all ages are scheduled. IVLP Exchange Experience 

Chinara was a participant in the IVLP Project Azerbaijan - Arts Management and Advancing Social Change Through the Arts organized by the U.S. Department of State and World Learning.

Chinara's exchange experience led to the development of her IVLP Impact Award Project: "My IVLP experience helped give me the skills necessary to carry out my Impact Award project. I have dreamed about this for several years, and IVLP helped me get here!"
