Charah Watson is the founder of Kihara Cosmetics. Kihara Cosmetics utilizes indigenous medicinal plants to develop and commercialize affordable hair, skin, and nail care products. Charah previously worked in research and product development for BioTech Research and Development Institute and as an Educator with Tivoli Gardens High School. She holds a PhD in Chemistry from the University of the West Indies.
