Catalina Moreno is a Chilean lawyer from the University of Chile with a Master's from the University of Pisa, Italy. She is the Founder and President of the nonprofit organization Garras y Patas, which is dedicated to the rescue, recovery, and relocation of stray dogs and cats. She also educates the community and promotes responsible pet ownership. Catalina also works as an attorney in Provida, a Metlife company, dividing her time between both jobs. Garras y Patas has become one of the largest pet nonprofit organizations in the country, with great presence in social networks. The company is always innovating in order to finance themselves, grow, and solve the reality of the abandoned pet overpopulation on the Chilean streets.
