Carolina Guzman is the Co-Founder of Hands-On! LESCO, which offers training in sign language and other communication strategies. In Costa Rica, deaf people face discrimination and barriers in educational, social, and work-related situations. HandsOn! LESCO promotes inclusion by offering sign language classes for the community. Carolina previously worked for IEM Bilingual School. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood/Preschool Education from the University of Costa Rica.
